Algy’s furry and fluffy friends all gathered round to watch the candles on Algy’s special chocolate brownie birthday cake, waiting for them to burn down so they could start eating the cake 🙂

It may look like just a wee silly cake to you, perhaps, but Algy can assure you that there is enough for all his friends, all around the world 🙂 Would you care for some cake?

A little bird told Algy that today is the birthday of his very good friend Pete, aka tvoom and thevortexofourminds – who is also known, of course, for his wonderful work with photosworthseeing…

The party will take place next Sunday January 4th 2015, on Algy’s sideblog lovefromalgy from 11 a.m. Sunday through to 2 a.m. Monday, so that everyone around the world can join in.

Please submit a surprisingly fluffy photo or a surprisingly fluffy text using the lovefromalgy submission form – or send Algy a link to reblog from your own Tumblr – to participate in the fun and the prize draws… or just come along to lovefromalgy to watch. All submissions will be published unless they are unsuitable for fluffy birds! Submissions are open now and will remain open until midnight (GMT) on Sunday January 4th. Your contributions will be scheduled to be published throughout the duration of the party. Multiple contributions are welcome… within reason :)))

It’s Party Time!

Welcome everybody, to Algy’s 2nd Tumblr Birthday Party! There is cake – homemade chocolate brownies with sour cherries and nuts: Algy’s favourite :))  And ice cream – banana splits with homemade real vanilla ice cream, yummmmm.  And a wee dram of Bruichladdich for the cognoscenti.

Algy has been amazed and utterly overwhelmed by all your kindness today – your many, many lovely contributions (still arriving!) and all of your wonderful messages and notes. He thanks you all from the bottom of his heart, and sends you all lots and lots of fluffy party hugs xoxoxox
