Algy has had a truly amazing time on Tumblr this past week, with lots of new followers and all kinds of activity, so he felt in need of some soothing sea therapy to settle his over-excited nerves 🙂

And now that he has calmed down a wee bit, Algy would like to take this opportunity to say a few words…

First of all and most importantly: THANK YOU ALL! Thank you from the bottom of Algy’s heart – thank you followers old and followers new, rebloggers, and all those invisible friends who are not members of Tumblr – Algy knows you are there, even if you are hidden and silent! And if you have joined the merry band of Algy’s followers very recently, Algy offers you A VERY WARM WELCOME! Lots of fluffy hugs to you all xoxoxo

Also – Algy got so excited by all this recent Tumblr activity that he acquired a new Tumblr theme, and tried to tidy up the presentation of his Adventures for viewers on different platforms, on and off Tumblr. He even changed his avatar in a fit of fluffy enthusiasm 🙂 If you visit the home page of adventuresofalgy you should now find better images, cleaner layout, infinite scrolling, more ways to contact Algy, and all kinds of nice things 🙂 There may possibly be a few wee glitches though, as he is still working on customizing the theme, so if you happen to find one, please let him know.

It’s sometimes easy to forget that there is a virtual world outside Tumblr, but Algy is well aware that he has friends and followers who are not Tumblr users. He hopes that it will now be much easier for you non-Tumblr folks to follow his Adventures, and to contact him if you want to. You are all very welcome too, of course 🙂

Have a great new week, everybody – and be sure to get some sea therapy (join Algy if you don’t live near the ocean!) to soothe your troubled nerves if things get a wee bit too hectic 🙂  This applies especially to Algy’s Scottish followers, who are likely to have a rather nerve-wracking week ahead…!
